All products must be returned in the same condition as it was originally received and at your own shipping cost. Once your returned merchandise has been received and verified in our warehouse, we will immediately refund back your money. Our company strives for customer’s satisfaction, therefore, we guarantee that if you are not happy with your product, we will accept all returns.
Please note that before purchasing any bulk lot, we advise our customers to come to our warehouse facility to inspect their goods before payment/shipment. This way everything will be transparent from the Buyer’s side and there will be no complaints/returns from their purchase.
